- Why are RHRA-licensed retirement homes listed for free?
- Public regulator data is the directory's foundation - every Ontario family deserves an honest, complete view. The featured and premium tiers are success-based, so a free baseline doesn't conflict with how we earn.
- Why a success fee instead of a monthly subscription?
- Aligned incentives. We do not get paid until a resident actually moves into your home and stays 30 days. You take zero risk; we only earn when we deliver real residents. - When do you bill the success fee?
- On day 30 of move-in. If the resident leaves before day 30 for any reason, we waive the fee in full. We invoice net-30 after billing.
- Do you ever take a referral cut from us OR the family?
- Never from the family. The success fee comes from the home only, after a confirmed 30-day move-in. Families fill an intake form before we connect them, which means you receive pre-qualified, warmer enquiries instead of random cold calls. Connection itself is always free for the family.
- How do you decide who sits at the top of a city page?
- Premium tiers first, then featured tiers, then free homes alphabetically. Editorial articles use the same logic but additionally surface homes that match the article's intent (dementia care, budget, neighbourhood).
- Can I cancel?
- Yes, any time, no penalty. Premium has a 30-day money-back guarantee.
- How are leads delivered?
- Featured tier: enquiries forwarded same day to one inbox. Premium: daily summary email plus CSV export, plus tracked-number call recording (opt-in).
